Rental Rates: |

The rental rates include all utilities and cleaning after vacating but excludes state and local taxes. One half of the full payment shall be made to guarantee your reservation. The remainder of the full payment shall be made at check-in. There will be no refunds for early departures.

Availability:
Our condo at Royal Palm Bay Villas may be reserved by completing the Reservation Form with your preferred vacation dates. Your inquiry will be delivered to us by email or fax; we'll do our best to reply within 48 hours.
The minimum age requirement to rent a villa is 25 years of age.
Each villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
